Some customers in Clear Hills County are down due to theft and vandalism at one of our tower locations. We are currently working on getting things fixed and running again.

Our crew will be going door to door today in Hines Creek to hand out information packages and answer any questions you may have regarding our project to bring fiber to the home.

Expect to see Dan and Meghan stop by today with more information and sign-up sheets.

There was a power outage last night that affected some of our equipment for Hines Creek and the surrounding area. A main piece of equipment is being replaced.

Our techs are currently on site working on it to get it back up ASAP. Thank you for the patience!

There is currently an ATCO power outage that could affect service to our customers intermittently.

The areas affected are north of Gage including Hines Creek, Eureka River, Worsley, Royce, Clear Prairie, and Highland Park.

Service will be restored as soon as ATCO restores power to the area.

You can leave everything plugged in and your internet will come back like normal when power is restored. Thank you for the understanding.

They will be handing out information packages for our Clear Hills County fiber optic project and answering any questions you may have.
