🎨 Artist Doug McConnel walked us through the creation of this stunning abstract piece, from the first unusual stain on the canvas to the burst of yellows, purples, and greens that became something he describes as "a fundamental color of a happy day."

And when it came time to frame it, Doug trusted Vestate to finish the story.

Inside you’ll find one of Alberta’s largest frame selections, a full printing and laser etching studio, and a team of craftspeople who take every project seriously.

We’re open Monday to Friday 9am-5:30pm and Saturday 11am-3pm.
