As a senior member of our team, this person is empowered to act as a customer advocate and oversees all interactions with our clients to ensure that expectations are successfully met. The Customer Experience Manager’s responsibilities include delivering a consistent customer experience, measuring, analyzing and acting on customer feedback, and designing and owing the total customer experience. This role is unique in the industry and will allow us to deliver solutions of a truly exceptional quality.
