Behind the beautiful finishes and functional layouts is a team you created it all.

Nicole is an avid traveler
Anna loves to find treasures in antique stores
Tami never misses Sunday football
Ryan M. has over 45 years experience building homes
Ryan F. appreciates the outdoors and lake life.

What do you want to know about the team who builds the dream?

It’s that time of year again.
When you truly appreciate a good fireplace. 🔥🥰

Which one would you cozy up to?

The island is the heart of most kitchens.

So why would you settle for something that is not functional, attractive or comfortable?

The custom truly lives in the tiny details. Even in the biggest piece of your kitchen.

Whats the one thing your kitchen island is missing? 👇

End this year with a new home.

8 Jardin Place
$1,975,000

A home where your kids can walk to school.
Where you can play at the beach every night after dinner.
Where everyone has their own space but still has plenty of room to be together.
Beautiful spaces designed with the way a family actually functions.

Cabinetry can change a house so much.

Suddenly it is becoming a home.

It's typically a clients favourite part mid construction. They have been spending months making decisions and they finally get to see some of the choices in real life.

This one is nearly complete.

Follow along to see the final reveal

Don't waste your money on material things you'll forget in a year.

They won't make you as happy as living your life in the house of your dreams.

And lucky for you...

This one is for sale!

41 Eldridge Point, St. Albert

This is usually a clients least favourite stage of their home to look at.

And we get it.

A bunch of lumber with messy edges, wires and plastic hanging everywhere, it is not the aesthetic portrait you think of when you think of a luxury home.

But to us...

It's beautiful! All of these intricate details that lay the foundation for the home you dream of.

Without these bones those dreamy finishes wouldn't be possible. Plus you will NEVER see them again.

So enjoy it while it lasts 😍
