Onlea is launching a new online store for learning creators! More than ever before, organizations are sharing their knowledge and skill-building resources digitally.

We’re excited to share with you, LX Store, stocked with a variety of friendly and accessible resources that let anyone get started faster, create better learning experiences, and publish with less hassle.

LX Store products are based on tools and resources we created to help us better serve clients. This is our first time we’ve made them available to other members of the eLearning development community and beyond.

This is a new step for the Onlea team, and an opportunity for us to learn, too! We’d love to hear your thoughts and any feedback, as well as ideas for new products that you would like to see us create.

Whether creating an education strategy, online course, instructor-led program or custom interactive, Design Thinking is at the core of what we do at Onlea.

This starts with:
1. Seeking to understand who our clients are, their goals and vision.
2. Conducting original research or workshops to uncover learner needs.
3. Converging on requirements and creating prototypes of early designs.
4. Validating solutions with learners and stakeholders before scaling.
5. Improving on each learning experience’s unique formula up to launch.

Through our years of doing learning strategy, we’ve found that learners know when an experience has been designed just for them.

This Saturday May 27–Join Andrea Hasenbank at the 2023 OTESSA Conference presenting on her learning design work with CFS - Sexual Health Centre.

Hasenbank will be presenting a paper on "Mediating Relationships and Sexual Health Education" where she will explore using narrative and interactive scenarios to reframe in-person sexual health workshops for youth.
