If you said yes to any of the above, you've come to the right place. My name is Duncan, and I'm here to help.
I'm 25 years old and have nearly as many years of experience with being the go-to tech support guy for my family and friends. I was practically born with a keyboard in my hands. Technology, gadgetry, and all things electronic are my passion.
Of course, that's alongside many years of professional experience in the field! In terms of work, I've headed up the IT/support department of a relatively large company (500+ employees), I'm an ex-Geek Squad Remote Tech Support employee, and I've been doing inside sales for a technology company for years.
As for education, I'm a Dean’s List graduate from NAIT's Digital Media & Information Technology program, working on finishing my Bachelor of Technology.
So, basically, you can trust that I know what I’m doing.
Hardware, software, guidance - Whatever it is that you need help with, I'm more than happy to help you out.
You can drop off your system with me, I can come pick it up, or depending on circumstances, come on-site to
help you out. Or, as preferred right now, I can remotely connect to your computer to fix the problem without you needing to move anything.
