SERVICE TECHNICIAN
A self -motivated person with good communication skills, and professional appearance is being sought for employment at Sault printing company as a service tech. Experience with office machines, such as copiers, fax machines, computers, and other business machines preferred. Training certification is available after a probationary period. Previous job management skills helpful.
Required qualifications
• Previous experience preferred in servicing various equipment
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Prior experience with quality control, desired
• Proficiency with all Microsoft office suite programs, and basic working
• Excellent attention to detail
• valid, Michigan driver’s license and ability to be insured
• Duties and responsibilities
• Scheduling and dispatching a field service calls
• Monthly client billing
• Ability to work independently to troubleshoot and repair various office machines
• Visit customer sites for product inspection, testing and repairs
• Calibrate and clean equipment so they all machinery continues to operate safely and at peak performance

CUSTOMER SERVICE: Sault Printing Company is accepting resumes for a Customer Service Position for an efficient, self-motivated, highly organized person.
Customer Service Position responsibilities include answering customer phone calls, taking orders over the phone, dealing directly with walk-in traffic, using networked copiers/printers. Quick Books and/or accounts payable/receivable experience helpful.
Graphic Arts experience also would be helpful.
The ideal candidate would have working knowledge of Quick Books and graphic design programs such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Publisher, Adobe In-Design, Adobe Acrobat as well as Microsoft office programs Outlook, Word, & Excel. Graphic Arts responsibilities include designing digital artwork for our digital printing area and/or offset printing department as well as finishing printed material.
The ideal candidate should also have excellent customer service & phone skills, an outgoing personality, work well with others, good communication skills, ability to multi-task, be creative, and have a strong work ethic.
