Found a great video testing different printer myths and how printer companies scam their customers with high ink costs. Not all printers do this and there are some printers that are great cost per page out of the box, do your research or make an consultation appointment with me to go through printer options and save yourself some money on ink.

Reduce, reuse, recycle. If you have any old or non working computers you were going to bring to a recycling center, consider dropping them off with me, I can either delete all the data on the device or remove the hard drive to ensure no personal data remains on your device. I can bring most old devices back to life and send them to a new home so they can be reused in the Comox Valley. Recycling an item is the last 'R' of reduce, reuse and recycle. If you have a device you would like to donate send me a message or give me a call. All components that cannot be reused will be recycled responsibly.

I can service hardware and software issues on most computers, tutorial and group learning sessions for technology questions, setups of new devices and data transfers, custom gaming or office PC builds and much more, if you want some work done on a device just ask and I will let you know if I can help. On average most services are completed in 1-2 hours but it can vary a lot depending on the service.

My current rate is $60 an hour plus travel time, this rate is not set in stone but I always plan to keep a very competitive rate and want to be able to give the Comox Valley a more affordable and flexible alternative to retail tech support.

Currently I am working out of a home office and service by appointment only but am very flexible with hours and availability
