One of my favourite parts about working with Moonshine Mama's™️ | Turmeric-Ginger Elixirs over the years has always been the creative freedom.

Mel has trusted me to explore and experiment with the brand, and the packaging has been a particularly fun place to do that.

The illustrations were intentionally developed to give each flavour its own personality, while creating a cohesive visual system that ties the entire elixir collection together.

That’s one of the best things about long-term client relationships. You’re not starting from scratch each time. You’re building on everything you’ve learned together and finding new ways to evolve the brand. Swipe to see a few elixir flavours.✌🏼

Some brands are special because you get to work with them once. Others are special because you get to grow alongside them. 🧡

I first rebranded Moonshine Mama's™️ | Turmeric-Ginger Elixirs in 2018, when Mel’s Salt Spring Island elixir business was beginning to really take off.

At the time, the goal was to elevate the brand for larger retail markets, moving from mason jars into the iconic bottles and packaging that helped carry Moonshine Mama’s beyond the island.

Eight years later, it was time for another evolution.

One of the best things about a rebrand is having the benefit of time. You get to see what works, what doesn’t, how the business grows and how the brand needs to grow with it.

I’ve received some of the kindest messages of my career from this rebrand, and I am beyond thrilled that everyone loves it as much as I and the Mama’s team does. Thank you.✌🏼

Working with non-profits in my community is always especially meaningful, so I was thrilled to help evolve the identity for Comox Valley Social Planning.

The project was seamless from start to finish, with no revisions needed. That’s where I do my best work: when there’s trust, clarity, and a shared vision from the beginning.

The refreshed identity builds on their existing logo while introducing a more modern, warm, and connected visual direction.
