Peugeot 208
During my journey at Stellantis, I was honoured to be able to work as an art director for peugeot brand in the HMI department.
I worked on the new 208 thermic and electric, and teamed with developers, 2D & 3D designers and animators, engineers, pictographs, typographs, ergonoms,... to complete the project.
Included in the project for both thermic and Electric version of the vehicle:
- Innovative 3D Digital dashboard with 2 screens (one at the back, and one transparent in front to give the 3D experience I-cockpit).
The Art direction must consider all the constraints related to safe driving (safety first!) like driver's distraction, modals (infos, warning), mandatory info displays, W3G standards, international constraints, signals,...
- Analogic cluster. I had the chance to work with the screen printing compagny on test prints for the colors, gradients (Electric version) and selective varnish (Thermic version) to find the perfect fit for the analogic cluster.
- Touch screen 10" wide and 8': design of new pages, taking the ux of the Peugeot 3008 and creating a new ambiance ans directing the car silhouette design and animation.
Lors de mon séjour chez Stellantis, j'ai eu l'honneur de pouvoir travailler en tant que directrice artistique de la marque Peugeot au sein du département HMI.
J'ai travaillé sur la nouvelle 208 thermique et électrique, en équipe avec des développeurs, des designers et animateurs 2D & 3D, des ingénieurs, des pictographes, des typographes, des ergonomes,... pour mener à bien le projet.
Inclus dans le projet pour la version thermique et électrique du véhicule :
- Tableau de bord numérique 3D innovant avec 2 écrans (un à l'arrière et un transparent à l'avant pour offrir l'expérience 3D I-cockpit).
La direction artistique doit prendre en compte toutes les contraintes liées à une conduite sécuritaire (la sécurité avant tout !) comme la distraction du conducteur, les modals (infos, avertissement), les affichages d'informations obligatoires, les normes W3G, les contraintes internationales, les voyants,...
- Cluster analogique. J'ai eu la chance de travailler avec la société de sérigraphie sur des tests d'impression de couleurs, de dégradés (version Electrique) et du vernis sélectif (version Thermique) afin de trouver l'ajustement parfait pour le tableau de bord analogique.
- Écran tactile 10" wide et 8' : conception de nouvelles pages, reprenant l'ux de la Peugeot 3008 et créant une nouvelle ambiance et dirigeant le design et l'animation de la silhouette de la voiture.
