This is a PSA to any and all reading this. Large tech companies, from HP to Epson, and everyone in between, do not offer traditional, over the phone tech support anymore, and are mostly AI driven these days. Finding phone numbers online can be a huge risk, and the likelihood of connecting with a scammer is super high.

Please be aware of these risks, never give your credit card over the phone, and do not let random people remotely connect to your PC. These scammers have very convincing scrips that they read off, and can throw out scary words like 'worm' and 'trojan hijacker' to make it sound like your PC is in big trouble. This is how their playbook works.

Please always connect locally with someone like myself, or another tech that you trust, before calling random phone numbers you found online. It can save you alot of stress and heartache in the long run!

Thanks and have a great day!

Something has happened and all the businesses in the shopping complex has lost power with no indication when its coming back. Without power, I have no internet, so we'll be closing for the rest of the day.

Thanks and sorry for the inconvenience.

I wanted to come out and make a post about some changes in the shop that will be taking effect.

With pricing on items such as RAM and hard drives through the roof right now, we have decided that we will not be stocking these items regularly until things even out and come back closer to normal. Purchasing 1TB SSD's for $200+ and keeping them on the shelf just does not make sense when prices could change and then these items may or may not be overpriced for the next person that comes in needing a hard drive replacement.

This will inevitably slow down repair times, but I hope that everyone understands that this is being done in the spirit of being able to continue to offer fair and competitive prices on repairs and upgrades.

Thanks for taking the time to read this post!
