Apology time! π«£
Attention valued customers and friends!
I want to sincerely apologize for my lack of communication and delays in responding to some messages. As im sure many of you have noticed, ive been kind of "radio silent" on social media since the new year.
Over the past while, life got quite busy ("busy" being the best word I can think of at the momentπ
) and I had to step away to focus on some important personal matters, and unfortunately, my customer service and business was negatively affected in the process.
I understand how frustrating and disappointing this may have been, especially for those of you who were waiting on replies and eager to start projects. Please know that this does heavily weigh on my conscience and I take full responsibility. That being said, I truly appreciate your patience and understanding for those of you who stuck around. π
Iβm happy to share that I am now back and resuming normal operations, with a new location in Cornwall! Iβm working through messages and orders as quickly and carefully as possible, and Iβm genuinely excited to reconnect and continue creating for you.
Seeing everyone at the Cape event in Cornwall this weekend reminded me why I do what I do- to share my interests in spreading creativity and being part of the community and wholesome events with great people, as well as seeing the smiles and excitement you guys get from my hand finished props, designs and crazy creations!
