I've finally started my own company named FieldForce Systems Ltd. It has taken me a while to find the right business but I have finally found the one that would leave an impact in this world. Many of us have started our own micro, small or even medium business and only a very small few have succeeded.
I've had a few failures on my own and when I think about it, the primary reason for my failure was that I did not define the processes that were important for my business. I also did not have enough resources to perform the back office tasks like payroll, accounting, marketing to name a few - all of which were critical for my business concept to flourish. My resources and my focus were often diverted towards doing back-office work instead of developing my business concept. The combination of the lack of process, lack of resources, and lack of focus, is just enough for it to become a recipe for failure.
I've established FieldForce Systems Ltd. to provide an alternate path for success. With FieldForce, we can help a business map out its critical process areas. Furthermore, we have leading-edge technology that can address back-office tasks without incremental headcount. We are able to implement software robots called TaskBots that can perform back-office work in a fast, accurate and consistent manner without the need for human intervention. This reduces the need for additional headcount and allows a business to focus its resources on core areas that are critical to success.
My goal in starting this business is to help other startups and other businesses of my size, to increase their chances for success. I believe that in doing so, it would help the economy, society and, God willing, if I succeed in this, will hopefully leave a lasting impact in this world.
