Did you know that 2,900 home clothes dryer fires are reported each year and cause an estimated 5 deaths, 100 injuries, and $35 million in property loss; and that failure to clean the dryer is the leading cause (34%) of home clothes dryer fires?

I recently serviced a dryer where the vent ductwork was 50% blocked with lint. I cleaned all the lint from the machine and ductwork to prevent the chance of it causing a house fire.

Additionally, a constricted vent reduces the efficiency of your appliance and increases your home energy costs. Call me to schedule an appointment for a dryer inspection and vent evaluation.

Today was my last day working full time at Saunders Medical Center. I am grateful for the time I had there and the friends I made.
