We received the below notification from TREX late last night.
If you are having issues logging in this morning to your TREX account than you can switch your login to another URL. Contact us for the url information for your account

You can add a new user in the top right hand corner of the IPTV SMARTERS app and select login with xtreme codes api. insert you Username/Password/URL and select add user to switch.

TREX announced a server reboot tonight at 6:00PM EST. Estimated Downtime 15 Minutes. Hopefully this is to sort out the guide issues from the last 4 to 5 days.

Trex just announced the intermittent connection problem right now is due to a cut fibre internet line and will be back as soon as possible

TREX performed a scheduled server update last night around 4 am and the movies and series section is not complete yet. Most of the live tv is back online and everything else should be back soon.
