The Confederation Centre of the Arts belongs to every Canadian. Projects like this deserve to be administered to the highest standard.

The ongoing revitalization on Prince Edward Island is complex, publicly significant, and unforgiving of administrative gaps. Hundreds of RFIs. Change orders that must be traceable from proposal to payment. Stakeholders across multiple firms who all need the same information at the same time.
