📱 Samsung S23 coincé en Mode Sécurisé (Safe Mode)? Voici la cause!
Un client nous a apporté ce Samsung Galaxy S23 (acheté sur Amazon) avec un problème bien particulier : le volume baissait tout seul en continu et le téléphone redémarrait sans arrêt en Mode Sécurisé (Safe Mode).
🔍 Le diagnostic :
Après inspection, le problème provenait du bouton de volume d'origine qui s'était détérioré et restait bloqué mécaniquement/électriquement en position « Volume Bas ». Comme le bouton restait enfoncé, Android interprétait cela comme une commande de démarrage forcé en Mode Sécurisé à chaque redémarrage!
🛠️ La solution :
Remplacement du composant par une pièce d'origine Samsung. Résultat : le téléphone fonctionne à nouveau à 100 %, le contrôle du volume est parfait et plus aucun Mode Sécurisé intempestif.

A client brought in this Samsung Galaxy S23 (purchased on Amazon) with a frustrating issue: the volume kept turning down by itself, and the device was stuck in a continuous Safe Mode loop.
🔍 The Diagnostic:
After opening it up, we found that the original volume button switch had failed internally and was permanently shorted/stuck on "Volume Down." Because the button was constantly triggered, Android naturally forced the phone into Safe Mode every time it restarted!
🛠️ The Fix:
We replaced the faulty assembly with an original genuine Samsung part. The phone is now back to full working order, volume controls work flawlessly, and the Safe Mode loop is completely gone.
