As of September 1, we will be open Tuesday to Saturday 10-5. It’s been an amazing summer and we couldn’t be more grateful!

Added a beautiful SNES to the shelf today, alongside the mini SNES! The perfect duo.

The smaller version is a plug and play replica of the original 16-bit console, pre-loaded with 21 classic games - from Super Mario World, The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past, Earthbound and more. It can also plug directly into any modern television via an HDMI cable!

A great option for anyone who doesn’t have a lot of space to collect carts, but would still like to indulge in the joy of classic gaming.

NEW STOCK 🥳 A great selection of cartridge games from Gameboy to GBA to SNES!

Also an honourable mention for some consistently sought after GameCube titles - Animal Crossing (with its original memory card), Simpsons Hit & Run, Zelda Four Swords Adventures and Luigi’s Mansion.

The shop has been incredible busy, games and consoles and more passing through the doors on the daily. Thank you for your support for the shop and for spreading the word about the Retro Room.

It’s just my, my wife and kids working day and night in the background to make it the best it can be and it’s extremely rewarding to see how many of you enjoy visiting and shopping here. Our Playstation shelves have been begging for some new titles! PS2, PS3 and PS4 all had some fresh additions added to their sections this week. 😎

To the back wall, we’ve added Rock Band 4 for XBOX One, Ham-Ham Challenge on the DS and Shovel Knight for the 3DS. Just in time for the Street Fest happening in Downtown Carleton Place tomorrow!

Come by and eat some good food, shop with local artists and businesses and have an all around good time this Saturday. Hope to see you guys tomorrow.
