I KNOW YOUR DIRTY SECRETS!!

Unless you pay me 3 trillion bitcoin I'll tell the whole world what a pervert, creep, mutant you are in the next 48 hours.

Do I have your attention yet? The first two sentences are typical of an email scam that has been going around lately. It's usually an email to you that looks like it's coming from you to you, usually showing your email address, and a recent password you may have had for some Web sites or maybe even your email login.

We're not sure how they got your email address and an old password, possibly from the recent Facebook hack, but regardless, they DO NOT HAVE ANY OF YOUR SECRETS OR 'NAUGHTY' stuff you might have done. They can't access your system or do anything.

DON'T PAY THE RANSOM! DELETE THE EMAIL, and go back to your everyday life sleeping soundly and securely knowing only God knows your dirty secrets.

Retailers Beware:
A new scam is being discovered recently in Nova Scotia. Persons posing as Debit/Credit card repair people are coming into retailers and asking you to let them upgrade your machines.
This is a SCAM. They are really trying to install capture devices to gain access to your customers Debit or Credit Card information.
If someone comes in asking to service your machine(s), get their ID and contact your service provider. I'll bet the scammers beat it before you make that call.
