How do I choose speakers for my home?

“The speaker plays the room” A speaker physically moves the air (pressure waves) within the area it is playing. For example, the best earbuds can sound great while in your ear, but as they are slowly moved away from the ear the sound looses impact and disappears as it is now subject to a larger space outside of the ear. The same effect can happen in open-concept dwellings with vaulted ceiling, common in the Bow-Valley as windows/ceilings are tall so we can enjoy the majestic views. Welcome to Rocky Mountain Audio’s page! A special thanks to past clients, mentors, family and friends who have been so supportive stretching back almost two decades working in audio.
