Just a reminder, we will be having a scheduled outage December 3rd, 2024 between 12:15AM - 1:15AM (Tuesday morning) for a portion of our network as we perform upgrades. Everyone affected will have received an email regarding the outage on November 20th. If you did not receive an email you should not be affected by the outage.

Everyone affected will have received an email regarding the outage on April 11th. If you did not receive an email you should not be affected by the outage.

We do not expect the outage to last for the entire window. We will provide updates here if anything changes.

Our website and email may be unreachable for now as we resolve some technical issues. Internet services remain unaffected.

Internet Outage - Strathcona County - ETR: 8:30-9:00AM

A main tower switch failure is causing an internet outage for some customers in Strathcona County area this morning, a technician has been dispatched and estimated time for service restoration is around 8:30AM.

*** RESOLVED - If you are still experiencing issues with internet please contact our office 24/7 at 1-800-679-0345. Thank you for your patience. ***

Our scheduled outage is now in effect, our phone system and website are offline, including internet service to certain portions of our network as our main office performs upgrades to their power infrastructure. Unfortunately the timing of this outage was not under our control. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Please see below for details of the outage that were also emailed to all customers last week.

Details of the Outage:

Date: November 12th
Start Time: 10:00 pm MST
Duration: Up to 2 hours

During this period, all our services will be temporarily unavailable,
including phone support. This outage is essential as we are upgrading
the power infrastructure at our office. By making these enhancements,
we aim to improve our service reliability and minimize such outages in
the future.

We understand the inconvenience this may cause and sincerely apologize
for any disruption. We recommend that you make any necessary
arrangements in advance to mitigate the impact on your operations.

We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to enhance
our facilities.

Temporary Internet Outage - Estimated Time to Resolution 6:25AM

Our main office is performing an emergency power switchover and services should be restored within the next 25-30min. Our phones and website will be offline during this time, some customers may also experience loss of internet. Please check here for updates as we receive them.
