Mobile Reviews Eh

Mobile Reviews Eh Working hard to provide you with the best videos based on actual usage hence our motto: REAL USAGE. At Mobile Reviews Eh, we like our devices.
(207)

We like accessories that make our devices even better but in the world filled with dozens of options, which accessory should you get? We base our reviews on actual usage which means getting the product and using it in our daily life. If the case is waterproof, we're going to dunk it in water. If its shockproof, we're going to drop it. If the screen protector is shatterproof, we're going to take a

hammer to it. We've come up with our own rating system to ensure that when we compare products, they're as complete as they possibly can. We buy most of the cases mostly because its easier and chasing down case manufacturers is a pain in the butt so your support is greatly appreciated.

I'm testing WiFi 7 routers SO I'm building test nodes. A tile and a brick one.

Not sure this is going to work.

The difference between the Caudabe Sheath and the Paragon is not the material.

It is the edge size

Less edge material means faster deceleration and a harder hit.

In my testing, it's not all about the bulk but also the geometry

Same brand.
Different results.

I really wanted to love this case.

The grip is excellent.
The button textures are thoughtful.
It feels premium in the hand.

And then the camera control button just did not work.

Reviewer, not influencer.
One fatal flaw is all it takes to ruin an otherwise great design.

I paid premium money for this Kevlar Ridge case.

Corner drops were surprisingly good.
Face-first drops were a complete failure.

Reviewer, not influencer.
If a case cannot survive a simple face-first drop, nothing else matters.

A premium case with a premium flaw.
And the next one might be even worse.

I did not expect a cheap clear case to make it this far.

The Ringke Fusion reached the 5-foot test and finished number 6 out of 50.

Reviewer, not influencer.
Good geometry and smart design matter more than price.

An expensive case still managed to mess this up badly.
That is next.

The Apple Clear case surprised me.

At first, it actually performed better than average in short drops.

Then it failed completely.

Reviewer, not influencer.
Interesting design does not matter if the case cannot survive real testing.

A cheap clear case did far better.
That shocked me.

I had the wrong assumptions about the Apple Silicone case.

Thin does not automatically mean weak.

The silicone outer layer does one thing extremely well:
it slows the impact down instead of letting the phone bounce.

Reviewer, not influencer.
Gram for gram, this case absorbs more energy than it should.

The Apple Clear case was notable too, but for a very different reason.
That is next.

For years, I assumed the OtterBox Defender was tough.

It is bulky and heavy, but real drop data tells a different story.

When the hard shell is on the inside, your phone pays the price.

A slim case did better at 3ft.
That one is next.

Out of the 50 iPhone cases I tested, these three performed the worst.

They look protective.
They feel rugged.
The data says otherwise.

Reviewer, not influencer.
Real drop testing makes some uncomfortable truths obvious.

You have already seen the best.
Now you have seen the worst.

I tested 50 iPhone 17 cases to find the best ones right now.

Reviewer, not influencer.
Over a decade of testing, real drop data, no marketing fluff.

These three stood above the rest for different reasons.
And the number one surprised me.

Want to know which cases completely failed?
That is next.

I tested 50 iPhone cases.
Clear cases, thin cases, tanks, and triple-layer designs.

The most surprising performer was not what I expected.

Aramid fiber works, but only when it is used as part of the structure, not as decoration.

Reviewer, not influencer.
After more than a decade of testing, this one genuinely surprised me.

Least surprising result?
That is next.
