🚀 Kamal Esam has been appointed Service Delivery Manager MEA. Based in Dubai, Kamal has been instrumental in the successful delivery of GuestTek's hospitality technology solutions across the region. With extensive experience managing complex installations, he has consistently demonstrated exceptional technical expertise, strong leadership, and an unwavering commitment to customer success.

🚀 Paweł Kryński has been appointed Service Delivery Manager Europe. Based in Poland, Paweł brings extensive experience in service delivery and field operations, along with a proven track record of supporting customers and delivering high-quality technical services across Europe.

In their new roles, Kamal and Paweł will focus on strengthening installation and service capabilities, driving operational consistency, developing engineering talent, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. They will work closely with customers, hotel brands, partners, and cross-functional teams, driving efficient project communication and ex*****on while delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout EMEA.
