Recently there has been a lot of animosity between the gaming media and gamers, as well as some developers over the "Gamer Gate" controversy.

We would just like to make an official announcement that regardless of the allegations (or the actions of some against others), games media and developers should not be treating gamers poorly under any circumstances or hold them responsible for the actions of a few.

We do not support harassment of ANYONE, but we also do not support the name "gamer" being tarred and feathered for purposes of furthering an agenda because gamers dared to have questions about certain organizations. Gamers are entitled to make informed decisions about purchases and who they support, it is after all their money and time being given up. Please phrase your questions respectfully but also request that you be treated respectfully in return.

Gamers are the lifeblood of any game comunity, and are who allows us to do what we do!
