You might not think branding matters. But your buying habits say otherwise. 👀

That’s not accidental.

Branding is the collection of little signals that tell people who you are, what you’re worth, whether they trust you, and whether they want to be part of what you’ve created.

And it’s exactly why a good product or service isn’t always enough.

One of my favourite parts of what I do isn’t managing social media.

It’s teaching people how to understand it. 💡

This week I had the opportunity to lead a workshop on Authentic Instagram Marketing for Therapists with the team at Exhale Psychology Group .psychology, and it was such a rewarding reminder of why I love this work.

So many business owners and professionals believe they’re “bad at social media” when the reality is often much simpler: they haven’t been given the right tools, systems, or framework to communicate what they already know.

The goal isn’t to turn everyone into a content creator or influencer.

The goal is to help people understand their message, build confidence in sharing it, and create a sustainable approach to showing up online.

Whether we manage accounts for our clients or support them through strategy, training, and education, my favourite outcome is always the same: Watching someone realize they’re far more capable than they thought. 🤍

A huge thank you to Exhale Psychology Group for inviting us to spend the morning with such an engaged and thoughtful group of professionals.
