Celebrating 15 Years with Anson Camick 🎉
While the average employee tenure has reportedly dropped to around four years, Anson continues to raise that average in a big way.
This week marks 15 years since Anson joined Lynx (formerly DTS), bringing his skills, experience, and steady presence to our telecommunications team. Prior to Lynx, he had already dedicated 11 years to one company — and that loyalty and commitment have continued to define his career with us.
Over the past 15 years, Anson has worn just about every hat imaginable: DDPs, permits, survey, VHUB initiative, mark-ups, FDP as-builts & disconnects. He’s worked in the office and from home, independently and collaboratively, leading when needed and supporting wherever required.
Beyond project work, Anson has also helped shape our culture — serving on the social committee and famously emceeing/DJ’ing the Christmas Party (aka “LynXmas”). 🎤
More than anything, we’re grateful for his consistency, versatility, and positive impact on the people around him. Fifteen years is no small milestone, and we’re proud to celebrate it.
