On Monday we celebrated the 5th Anniversary of four our employees. I find it quite inspiring that even when you bring together staff that all work with different teams, there is an underlying camaraderie, and there was no shortage of conversation.

I am always humbled whenever I have the opportunity to hear of the successes and struggles of the folks within the Lynx team. Sometimes I think I am the only one that rides the rollercoaster day to day, but in reality, we all do. I admire the attitude, persistence and composure with which we all apply to the tasks and challenges at hand.

Congratulations to Elizabeth, Heather, Ricky and Norberto! We thank you for all of your contributions at Lynx Planning & Engineering Inc., and we look forward to continued success together.

Celebrating 15 Years with Anson Camick 🎉

While the average employee tenure has reportedly dropped to around four years, Anson continues to raise that average in a big way.

This week marks 15 years since Anson joined Lynx (formerly DTS), bringing his skills, experience, and steady presence to our telecommunications team. Prior to Lynx, he had already dedicated 11 years to one company — and that loyalty and commitment have continued to define his career with us.

Over the past 15 years, Anson has worn just about every hat imaginable: DDPs, permits, survey, VHUB initiative, mark-ups, FDP as-builts & disconnects. He’s worked in the office and from home, independently and collaboratively, leading when needed and supporting wherever required.

Beyond project work, Anson has also helped shape our culture — serving on the social committee and famously emceeing/DJ’ing the Christmas Party (aka “LynXmas”). 🎤

More than anything, we’re grateful for his consistency, versatility, and positive impact on the people around him. Fifteen years is no small milestone, and we’re proud to celebrate it.

Thank you, Anson, for everything you’ve contributed to Lynx — and here’s to the next chapter on the road to 20 years.

Congratulations on 10 years at Lynx, Will! Will Doyle has progressed through the ranks at Lynx, coming from another industry and learning and growing in the telecom environment, Will has become a pillar in our company. With a focus on business development, Will has opened many doors, and we are truly excited about opportunities in 2026 and beyond, as well as new revenue streams that will be announced in the coming months. We finally got everyone in the same room for our Christmas party, which is no small feat when teams are spread across projects, provinces, and time zones.

Good food, good laughs, and a nice reminder that behind all the drawings, deadlines, and deliverables, this company is built on people. Really good ones.
