Responsibilities include: The individual must have good computer skills and able to post and process customer & internal parts orders on a daily basis. Able to answer phones and deal with customers, staff and suppliers in a professional manner. Able to communicate & coordinate with other front line staff in a fast paced team environment. Experience on how to control inventory and file paperwork an asset. The successful candidate must be motivated, dedicated, reliable and willing to work some Saturdays.
Qualifications: Strong organizational, time management and communication skills. Ability to locate parts in a computer program system and provide to technicians and customers. Ability to communicate well with suppliers and order product as required. The candidate must have good telephone etiquette, penmanship and computer skills; word, excel & outlook. Knowledge of the Automotive Industry,
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
experience as a Parts or Sales Advisor in a trailer, automotive, or similar environment
Self motivated with superior customer service and communication skills
Good selling skills
A friendly personality and helpful attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good computer skills, including email, internet and in-house computer systems
Valid drivers licence along with a clean driving abstract
Being dependable and on time are a MUST
Duties:
Inbound and outbound service,parts and sales calls
Quoting prices for 12volt electronics, Vehicle Accessories, RV's, parts, service maintenance and repair (Assist customers in choosing the right equipment for their needs)
Parts lookup
Scheduling appointments and working closely with technicians and other team members to ensure efficient workflow
Writing accurate and complete service orders and invoices, and taking payments
Selling 12volt electroincs, , RV parts, vehicles accessories and related products
Stocking Parts
Shipping and receiving stock
Assisting with store displays and restocking shelves
Setting up and working yearly trade show

- Wiring and electrical experience
- Attention to detail

- Keep the shop, compound and retail showroom clean and organized at all times
- Follow installation instructions to assemble, fit and install or re-install auto accessories.
Will include wiring, use of hand tools and/or power tools
- Shipping and receiving of any and all products that land at the location, including packaging and putting put away of stock in a neat and organized manner
- Maintain all tools and equipment
Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract
