Attention all Etsy Customers:

I want to put out this information as many customers are not paying attention to where they are ordering from and asking where their order is.

If you take time to read where dispatch is you can make a decision on whether the order will take longer to arrive or not.

Due to the winter months there can be many delays due to weather conditions and or held up crossing the border if ordering from the States.

If you want tracked shipping please contact my shop before ordering but I cannot guarantee you will be hit with tariffs or not. You will be subject to pay.

I take all orders and my shop very seriously and if no communication is made between the customer and myself how am I supposed to rectify the situation if your order has not arrived in time.

So please take the time to actually ready through listings, shop announcements and read dispatch for further details.

Also if you are ordering for someone else (gifts) please mark that when you are purchasing, I always add a little extra something when gifts are purchased. But you will need to indicate so.

Are you looking for custom made Christmas ornaments? Look no further, I do make them. Please note it’s a first come first serve basis.

Custom 1 sided ornaments are $15.00 each.
Customer must provide all information and details/photo so this can be a smooth transaction.

Already made (as is) ornaments are $10.00 each.

Cash or E-Transfer accepted.

All orders are pickup only. I will not be shipping due to these being ceramic and breakable.

Pickup arrangements can be made as I am located in Brantford, On.
