Happy National Plaid Day! Just another day at the office… but significantly more plaid. 😉

Who can you trust? Be careful with door-to-door telecom sales reps from the big corporate companies.

These reps do not work for them. They are third-party salespeople, brought into the area to sign up as many customers as possible before moving on. If there’s a problem later, they won’t be the person helping you.
We’ve heard firsthand that customers are being given misinformation — including claims that they’ll get fibre “just like Lakeland’s.” The truth is, many homes will still have copper or coax cable coming to the house.

That matters. Your internet experience depends on more than the speed of the package. It depends on the line coming into your home, the quality of your router and Wi-Fi extenders, clear billing with no surprises, and how quickly you can get help when you need it.

You can trust Lakeland’s local sales team — Jo, Brodie, Ian, Greg, and Spike — to give you answer to any of your questions – so you can make the decision that’s best for you. Feel free to give them a call.

Local people. Straight answers. Support that’s here when you need it.

Discover the possibilities of the fastest, most reliable internet technology, with speeds up to 3.5 Gbps and unlimited usage, made right here in Muskoka.

We’re proud to have sponsored the team of talented young athletes as they build skills and great memories on and off the field. 👏

✔️ Reliable internet installation
✔️ Friendly customer service
✔️ Accidentally creating a boy band cover photo 😆

Andy, Jordan, and West recently teamed up on an in-home customer visit, bringing the service expertise and smiles that help make every installation a great experience.
