🍋 Garlic & Lemon Olive Oil Shrimp Skewers

Perfect for BBQ season or a quick gourmet dinner!

Ingredients:
• 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
• 3 tbsp Muskoka Garlic Infused Olive Oil
• 1 tbsp Muskoka Lemon Fused Olive Oil
• 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
• 1 lemon (zested + juiced)
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• Salt & cracked pepper, to taste
• Wooden skewers (soaked in water for 30 minutes if grilling)

Directions:
1. In a bowl, whisk together the Muskoka Garlic Olive Oil, Lemon Olive Oil, lemon juice, zest, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
2. Add shrimp to the bowl and toss well. Let marinate for 20–30 minutes.
3. Thread shrimp onto skewers.
4. Grill (or pan-sear) for 2–3 minutes per side, until pink and lightly charred.
5. Serve immediately with a drizzle of extra Muskoka Lemon Olive Oil for a fresh pop of flavor.

🌟 Serving Tip:

Pair with a light summer salad and a glass of crisp white wine. These skewers also make an amazing appetizer
