When our company gathers, I am always struck by the urge to make a speech. I always suppress that urge because, well, that's really not why we gather and it's simply not my style.

We had a company disc golf tournament yesterday, and this is what I wanted to say to everyone:

Thank you. Thank you for the hard work and dedication that each of you bring to our clients, their projects, and of course to DH. Thank you for persevering through what I hope will be the weirdest time of each of our lives. Thank you for taking care of yourselves, your families, and our clients. Thank you for showing up every day, and for making what we do better. And thank you for what you add: your brains!

Each of you makes a difference and we and our clients are grateful.
