This International Women's Day is extra special. We welcomed our beautiful granddaughter into the world, a tiny miracle joining a long and powerful line of women. Tracing her lineage back 16 generations, we discovered a tapestry of strength and resilience: midwives, farmers, physiotherapists, doctors, carers, engineers, librarians, teachers, bankers, nurses, philanthropists, business women and entrepreneurs – all dedicated to building a better world.

Looking at her, I see the culmination of their hard work, their determination, and their unwavering spirit. I am filled with hope for the future she will help shape. To Lily, may you always know the strength within you, inherited from those who came before.

And to all the incredible women in my life – especially my peers in OHS, EHS, engineering, and entrepreneurship – thank you. Your dedication, innovation, and leadership inspire me every day. Happy International Women's Day! May we continue to empower and uplift each other.

Our team is so honoured to receive the Bay of Quinte Tech Sector Business of the Year Award!

As with children, it takes a village to raise any company. It takes early adopters who are willing to try out your innovation and give you feedback. It takes referrals and testimonials from customers. And we were able to find those all important beta testers and early adopters right here, in the Bay of Quinte.

And these companies enabled us to grow to the point where we now serve clients in all levels of government, education, labs, packaging, construction, HVAC services, medical and dental clinics, and food manufacturing in Canada from coast to coast to coast!


I'd like to sincerely thank Matt Fair at Research Casting International (RCI), the first beta-tester of SDS RiskAssist and who invited us to meet with employees to hear feedback on the software.

Thanks to Mark Kirkpatrick for bringing us onboard at Loyalist College and allowing us to demonstrate the speed of SDS RiskAssist and its powerful decision-support features to help improve chemical safety in the education sector - where chemical products are being used by students who are vulnerable and just learning about chemical safety.

I also want to give a shout out to Lori Coxwell-Duncan and Richard Anderson at the City Of Quinte West. Their enthusiasm for SDS RiskAssist, testimonials and referrals enabled us to expand our client base.
