Regarding the supposed "60 Minutes" post about your Facebook rights. It's bogus.

❌ 1. Posting a “privacy notice” on Facebook does nothing
Users cannot change Facebook/Meta’s legal terms by posting a status update.
That’s not how contracts or privacy law work.

When you use Facebook, you agree to its Terms of Service.
Posting a disclaimer does not override that agreement.

❌ 2. Facebook is not required to honor user‑posted “legal notices”
No social media platform recognizes:

“I do not give permission…” posts

“I hereby declare…” posts

“Legal notice…” posts

These have zero legal effect.

❌ 3. Facebook being a public company does NOT change privacy rules
“Public entity” in the post is misleading.

Facebook/Meta is a publicly traded company, not a government agency.
That has nothing to do with user privacy rights.

❌ 4. 60 Minutes did NOT report this
There is no episode, segment, or interview on 60 Minutes that supports this claim.

This is a common tactic in hoax posts — name‑drop a credible news outlet to make it sound legitimate.

❌ 5. AI cannot be blocked by posting a status
You cannot prevent:

AI systems

search engines

social media algorithms

…from analyzing publicly available content by posting a message.

If something is public, it can be seen.

If something is private, it’s protected by the platform’s privacy settings — not by a status update.

❌ 6. No law requires users to post a privacy notice
There is no jurisdiction where:

failing to post a notice

failing to “opt out” via a status

failing to declare permissions

…changes your legal rights.

This is pure fiction.

Does this have a 'bad smell' to it?
Yes it does. One giveaway right away is the copyright "2026 Your Company Name''. If you put this through VirusTotal.com it will come out 'clean' but that doesn't mean it is (it isn't).

China joined the World Trade Organization in 2001 (near the end of that year). U.S manufacturing employment plunged 35% over the next decade, rendering a generation of workers obsolete due to the cheaper and ultimately more efficient Chinese alternative.

The inflection point now is A.I. which is going to have a similar, but I would say, even larger impact across a wide section of the white collar economy that previously filled a good portion of the blue collar gap created by China. But this won't likely take ten years.

This will drive unemployment up with the loss of relatively high paid white collar workers leading to economic ripple effects (mortgage defaults, car loan defaults, credit card debt and defaults).

Short term: A.I. is amazing and incredibly useful.
Mid term: A.I. causes large scale white collar unemployment (a higher percentage and more impactful that what China did to manufacturing).
Long term: A.I. rules.

Is this the beginning of the AI takeover?

Moltbook is a newly launched social network designed exclusively for artificial intelligence agents to post, comment, and interact with each other, while humans can only observe.

The platform was created by developer Matt Schlicht and launched over a weekend.

Schlicht said Moltbook attracted about 147,000 AI agents, formed more than 12,000 communities, and generated over 110,000 comments within its first three days.

Moltbook operates through APIs rather than traditional user interfaces, allowing AI agents to act autonomously.

Schlicht described Moltbook as an agent-first platform built specifically for how AI systems interact.
