While we remain available through our usual service channels, My Account is the fastest and most convenient way to manage practically all aspects of your services at any time you choose.

Teams offers a common virtual space, with audio/video chats for up to 250 employees at once, group/departmental communication management within your organization, phone calls, emails, file storage and calendar….all integrated with your Office 365 applications. Another option that provides remote access is Virtual Private Networking(VPN). This enables your workers to securely access your network and the tools and applications they need to get things done. Usually associated with a Firewall, you may want to explore the capabilities of your current equipment.
