👀 Ever wondered what it looks like inside an iPad Pro 12.9” (3rd Gen)? Well, here it is! 🛠️

These iPad screens come as a single fused unit, meaning the glass and LCD are attached right from the factory. So, if you crack the glass, I need to replace the entire screen assembly – there’s no option to just replace the glass. Keep that in mind next time you’re handling your iPad Pro!

💥 Cracked iPad glass? It might be more than that! 💥

This iPad came in with a shattered glass screen, but upon inspection, we found the LCD was also damaged, increasing the repair cost. 😬 If you’re unsure whether your device has just a cracked glass or if the LCD is broken too, bring it in for a quick check!

For iPhones and models like the iPad Pro and Air, the glass and LCD are fused together, so we replace the whole unit regardless. But for regular iPad models, I can often replace just the glass if the LCD is fine, saving you money! 💸
