PCS is a FedEx DROP OFF and PICK UP location ONLY.

🚚 🚚 🚚

What does “ONLY” mean? It means that we are JUST an interim step. We are NOT FedEx. We are ONLY the place where packages get dropped off and picked up by the FedEx drivers and customers.

This means that BEFORE you come in:

YOU must already have it packaged up, with a FedEx label printed already (see FedEx website for details!)

Note:
- We do NOT provide packaging services or supplies.
- We will NOT carry your delivery in or out of your car.
- We will NOT give the driver a message for you.
- We will NOT track or find your package
- We will NOT call FedEx on your behalf to arrange for shipping or tracking.
- We will NOT take your calls about why your package did or didn’t arrive.

FedEx will happily take all of your questions, calls or complaints! 😉

We WILL continue to provide a secure location for both drivers and customers of FedEx to safely receive and drop off deliveries.

We would also like to note that given the high volumes of deliveries and packages (Canada Post strike) priority service will go to customers of PCS seeking computer services, and this may result in slight delays for FedEx transactions.
