If you don't know yet, I'm using Canva to create branded social media templates for my clients.

But that's not the only way I'm using it. This year I transitioned most of my client's deliverables templates to Canva.

This means when I'm sending a logo design presentation, email signature, and Brand guidelines, it's all edited into Canva (and they would not even notice the difference)!

I don't know for you but if I go to a restaurant where the food is sooo good but I'm treated poorly, I will not come back.

Client experience is not something you should take lightly. People will always remember how you've treated them. And words go faster when it's negative.

Values are the foundation of a great brand.

Personal & Business values are closely tied, especially if you have a personal brand. Sometimes we proclaim ourselves to have certain values but is it really what we stand for?

Taking that test can give you more insight into your personality traits, values and might even help you understand some of the choices you've made in the past.

I was impressed at my own results because they reflect what I thought was my own and just came as a confirmation as to why and how I do business with people.
