Job Title: Creative Marketing Manager
Location: Setlhoa Office Park, Block 10, Gaborone
Type: Part-Time (6 months)
Salary: P3,000 per month
Commission: 20% commission on every sale

This is a unique, part-time leadership opportunity for a creative professional who thrives at the intersection of persuasive communication, strategic design, and client partnership. As our Creative Marketing Manager, you will be the strategic hub and public face of our visual communication.

Your Focus – The 90/80/70 Principle:
1. 90% Communication & Presentation Excellence: You will be the primary voice of our creative vision. This requires exceptional, fluent English to confidently present, persuade, and build trust in client meetings, strategy sessions, and proposal reviews. Your ability to clearly articulate and defend creative concepts is non-negotiable.
2. 80% Graphic & Information Design Mastery: Your portfolio must demonstrate exceptional visual craft. We require proven expertise in translating complex ideas into compelling visual solutions—whether for stunning marketing brochures, intuitive digital interfaces, or clear system documentation. Mastery of layout, typography, visual hierarchy, and cross-platform branding is essential.
3. 70% Strategic Marketing Acumen: You understand the why behind the design. You possess a solid foundation in marketing principles, including funnel dynamics, lead generation, and how design drives measurable business outcomes. You think in terms of integrated campaigns and strategic impact, not just standalone graphics, and can contribute to planning and measuring effectiveness.
Who You Are:
Qualifications & Experience
1. Exceptional Presentation & Communication Skills
Proven experience in client-facing roles, delivering proposal presentations, or public speaking. Ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
2. Strategic Visual Design Expertise
3-5+ years of professional design experience. A strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality visual design across both marketing collateral (e.g., branding, campaigns) and functional digital projects. A keen eye for typography, layout, color, and visual hierarchy.
3. Technical Proficiency in Core Design Tools
Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma. Essential competence in presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint, Google Slides). Open to expertise in comparable or emerging alternative technologies.
4. Foundational Marketing Acumen
A basic understanding of core marketing principles and standard digital channels. A strong curiosity and eagerness to deepen this knowledge collaboratively with our team.
