PHOTOGRAPHER
A renowned media agency across the African continent, with footprints in Botswana, is looking to recruit for the position below.
Position: Photographer
Compensation: P6,500.00 per month
Location: Selibe Phikwe, Botswana
Key Duties:
• Capture high-quality photos for campaigns, events, digital media, print, and branded content using Nikon cameras and related professional equipment
• Plan and execute point-and-shoot and directed photography sessions, ensuring strong composition, framing, and visual storytelling
• Set up and manage lighting, boom operation, and other on-site production equipment to achieve professional image quality
• Edit, retouch, and enhance photographs using Photoshop and Adobe Creative Cloud tools for final delivery across digital and print formats
• Organize photo files, prepare print-ready outputs, and collaborate with creative and marketing teams to deliver work on time and to brief
Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree in Photography, Design, Media, or equivalent
• Practical hands-on photography experience is a must
• Portfolio is a must
• At least 2+ years of experience in agencies, creative industries, content production, marketing, or media environments
Must Have:
• Able to “get it” quickly and translate briefs into effective visual work
• Switched on, proactive, and reliable
• Able to take initiative in a fast-paced creative environment
• Capable of working under minimal supervision
• Strong eye for layout, branding, and presentation
• Good communication, time management, and attention to detail
• Must be willing to relocate to Selibe Phikwe
• Must be available to commence employment on 1 July 2026
