Itekanele Health Scheme will use FinDev’s I-Med Enterprise, a next-generation micro-health insurance product, for its claims processing and benefits administration.
I-Med Enterprise is a core administrative platform for claims and benefits management. Built using state-of-the-art enterprise technologies, I-Med Enterprise delivers unprecedented levels of flexibility, scalability and operational efficiency.

FinDev will implement the I-Med Enterprise software on a client-server architecture and will deploy the product throughout Itekanele’s country-wide network of branches. The software will support a wide range of critical business functions, including membership management, subscription management, claims processing, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), payments/billing management, accounting, agent management, helpdesk services and interactive business analytics.
