Security Security Security! Enough cannot be said, cybersecurity is an important part of any part of a company's ICT infrastructure.

If you have a website or an application and your customers utilise the facility to service themselves, two factor authentication provides an added layer of security and comfort.

You could establish a process where, once your customer attempts a log in to their account, you immediately send a One Time Pin (OTP) to their designated mobile number, with the pin in hand, your customer can now utilise the facility knowing that they are secure. This is not to say SMS is the only security factor, we are simply saying, it is an important factor, and considering the utilisation on OTP's or some other measure is a must.

And be mindful, even the smallest of companies should be concerned about security, this is not just for the big established corporates.
