Last Year May, a chat I had with a friend got me thinking. We both felt that our event and activities scene was mostly about parties and dances 🕺🍷. Don't get me wrong; they're a blast! But sometimes, I wonder, "What else is out there? Business events, workshops, or just places to meet new pals?"
I know there are cool events in the city. But most people hear about them in small groups like WhatsApp or by talking, so many of us miss out.
That's when I thought; Why not run another fun business experiment? A platform to uncover exciting events happening nearby. And that's how Clique Social came to life. Admittedly, progress was slow; work and life happened. But in between, whenever I could sneak in some time during weekends, I chipped away at it. And a special shoutout to ChatGPT for giving my productivity a boost!
