At TTPL, we recognize that our greatest strength is our people.

The TTPL Staff Picnic 2026 provided a valuable opportunity for colleagues to connect beyond their daily responsibilities, fostering stronger relationships, teamwork, and a shared sense of purpose. These moments of togetherness help shape the positive and collaborative culture that continues to drive our success.

Here's to building stronger bonds and an even stronger TTPL.

Investing in Our People, Strengthening Our Expertise!

At Thimphu TechPark Limited (TTPL), we believe that continuous learning and development are essential to building a skilled, competent, and future-ready workforce.

As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance our employees’ knowledge, skills, and technical capabilities, we conducted a five-day training on Microservices Framework and System Design Architecture from 5–9 October at Tenzinling Resort, Paro.

The training focused on strengthening our team’s understanding of modern software architecture and enhancing their capabilities to design and develop scalable, efficient, and reliable software solutions.

Through initiatives like these, we remain committed to empowering our people, fostering innovation, and continuously strengthening our technical expertise to deliver better digital solutions.
