How important is backup?

Backup exists as a way to prevent files from being deleted accidentally, either by physical failure, or by human failure. Backup ensures the integrity of data, settings, databases, user files.

But for a backup to be functional you should keep in mind two things:

A reliable and scalable backup and storage system.

The backup or backup is an indispensable procedure for the operation of computers, sites, systems, database among others and maintenance of company data, without it you can have serious problems.

Files on the computer or server may be damaged or even lost by viruses, power surges, hardware problems, or even human failures, preventing access to information. It is only when this scenario presents itself that the importance of backup comes to the fore.

You can use several alternatives to keep backups of your data, such as cloud computing, storing the data in external HD, using physical servers outside the company, among others.
Cloud usage is currently the cheapest and safest way to store your backup as well as manage your operation.

siberianserver, has changed its name to cloudplata, an allusion to what we do services for our customers using the Siberian platform.

Soon we will be officially launching our BCP - Backup Cloud Siberian product. That is our platform backup tool and database for cloud servers.
