As a Principal Cloud Engineer, you are responsible for collaborating with other teams to shape the technical vision for our Organization in the cloud. You are also responsible for leading and working through others to implement a secure, reliable and performant cloud activities. You will need broad knowledge on public cloud implementation topics, but relish the opportunity to dig in deep on new technologies. You will need to manage and communicate a technology’s complete life cycle. You will interact with other teams and make direct individual contributions. You will have to leverage cloud technologies at a very large scale.
You will manage cloud platforms in support of our clients' environments and product. You will work with other teams to ensure the stability, security, and performance of client product application. You will need experience supporting cloud SaaS platform workloads and can guide best practices for running applications efficiently in the cloud. we are most interested in someone that can work with the team to solve business problems, cloud technologies at distributed systems and taking the lead to automate internal processes.

Responsibilities
Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
