Great teams are built not only through completed projects, but also through shared experiences, fresh perspectives, and the courage to explore what's next.

Our 2026 summer team-building took us on an inspiring weekend in the heart of the Kazanlak region, where we had the opportunity to enjoy well-deserved SPA time, unwind, reconnect, and immerse ourselves in its rich history, culture, and the beauty of the Rose Valley.

We also explored some of the region's remarkable historical and cultural landmarks, discovering the stories that have shaped this unique part of Bulgaria.

More than 130 members of the CSoft team then came together for our AI-focused seminar, where we shared the progress of our latest projects, reflected on how artificial intelligence is transforming the banking technology landscape, and discussed the strategic path CSoft is taking to responsibly adopt AI.

The real excitement came with our AI Innovation Challenge.

During the challenge, cross-functional teams collaborated to design new AI-powered features and solutions—from concept and ex*****on strategy to the final presentation. It was inspiring to see so many creative ideas, diverse perspectives, and practical approaches come together in under two hours.

This experience reminded us that innovation isn't just about technology. It's about people who are willing to learn, collaborate, challenge ideas, and shape the future together.

Over the past 6 weeks, we had the pleasure of working with a group of talented young people who brought fresh perspectives, bright ideas, and an impressive eagerness to learn. Together with their mentors, they turned knowledge into practice, tackling real challenges and developing projects they can proudly call their own.
