Scan Fit and Measure is a 2D system for automated measurement and inspection of profile geometry. It is a potent tool for quality control of, among other applications, aluminum and plastic extrusions, and medical tubes. Based on flatbed scanners, it provides pass/fail inspection, visual comparator of the scanned image to the CAD model, precise measurement of size, position and shape characteristics, as well as GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).
