Last weekend, our amazing colleagues swapped their laptops for bikes and took on the Northwest Bulgaria Bike Challenge by Begach . They tackled some seriously tough tracks (60km, 90km, and even 120km!) and crushed it, bringing home three podium trophies and plenty of top-10 finishes. 🏆✨

Whether we’re building high-load platforms or conquering steep hills, our team always brings the best energy. We are incredibly proud of our riders. You guys are pure inspiration! 🧡

We recently hosted an event for recent graduates, bringing together technology, career hacks, and networking. Our goal was to show them how real IT work looks from the inside and help ease any fears beginners might have.

One of our speakers, Daniil, an engineer at RingCentral, shared his insights on adapting to artificial intelligence:

"I decided to join because I know that AI can feel intimidating and cause self-doubt for those just starting out. I wanted to show them that it’s not rocket science. At RingCentral, we’ve already figured out how to navigate this new reality and actually enjoy the process. The students got to see how the company helps teams adopt AI and exactly how we, as engineers, use it in our daily work.

Usually, I give presentations on specific technologies, but this was the first time I shared personal experiences and impressions rather than dry facts. It was awesome to speak before people who could potentially become my colleagues and test my words in practice. This required a careful balance in the material, making it a great new challenge for me."

Our recruitment team also hosted a practical workshop on crafting a standout CV. The tips resonated so well that right after the presentation, students lined up to get instant feedback on their resumes from our experts 💼

Strong teams are built through shared experiences!

Recently, we hosted a Kids Workshop for our employees and their families: creating an opportunity to step away from the daily routine and spend time together in a different setting.
Children and parents collaborated on handmade crafts using beans, enjoyed snacks, and simply shared a creative and relaxed moment.

It’s these experiences that help foster a more connected, supportive workplace culture, where people feel part of something bigger 💙

This year, our team took part in AmCham Hackathon 2026 with what we do best: sharing real expertise 🚀
Students worked under the guidance of our mentors on real business cases they might potentially encounter in their future careers. At the end, they defended their projects and presented their solutions.
It was great to see how participants approached real-world challenges, worked as teams, and turned knowledge into practical solutions 💙

We were proud to award the teams and celebrate their results.

Recently, our colleagues came together for a creative workshop: learning the art of soap making. The session was led by one of our own teammates, who shared her knowledge and guided the group through the process step by step.

At RingCentral, we believe that knowledge grows when it’s shared! That’s why we were happy to visit the Technical University of Sofia and meet with students from the Software Science - Technical University of Sofia 🎓

Our speaker hosted a session on Jenkins and CI, sharing real-world experience and practical insights gathered over years of working with these tools. From a hands-on “cookbook” approach to a live demo and interactive Q&A: it was all about learning, exchanging ideas, and inspiring future engineers 🚀
