30 years of NDB. And apparently, we made the list of people they actually like.

Last week we took part in the NDB Business Partner Forum 2026 - two days packed with conversations around data, AI, automation, virtualization, backup and security. Exactly the topics keeping everyone busy right now.

But alongside the content, there was a nice surprise - NDB marked their 30th anniversary and handed us an award for long-term partnership. We'll be honest, we didn't expect to come back with a plaque

Thank you to the entire NDB team for the recognition and for the years of working together. When a partnership is the real deal, you don't need to explain it - it just works.

10 cycles down. We honestly didn't know if we'd make it past 3.

But here we are - and last night we celebrated exactly that. The graduates who trusted us, the mentors who gave their time (and sanity), the partners who believed in this from the start, and the team that somehow pulls it all together, cycle after cycle.

We didn't build TBS Academy. The people in it did. We just provided the coffee and the deadlines.

10 rounds of talent. 10 rounds of growth. And honestly? We're just getting warmed up.

Four days, dozens of teams, and an Alpha Sponsorship of Hack Tues for Telelink Business Services.

Between March 25–28, Hack TUES once again proved that innovation doesn’t wait for a diploma. High-school teams built working prototypes under pressure, showing sharp thinking, a good sense of humor, and even better talent.

Telelink Business Services IoT Software Developer Yoan Dzhelekarski joined the final jury and presented our special award to the team “Zabravih”, meaning “I forgot”, even though nobody really forgot anything. Their project, SmeeHive, tackles a very real problem: understanding what’s happening inside a beehive without opening it.

Practical, focused, and grounded in real-world impact made this particular team a winner.

Supporting initiatives like Hack TUES brings us closer to young minds that think boldly and build fast.

Sunshine lingers a bit longer, chocolate makes its way into baskets, in other words, Easter is just around the corner! And yes, we mean around the corner in our office.

Just to keep the mood up, we brought a bit of spring spirit with decorations and small treats, well chosen to fit the atmosphere. So, yellow, grey, brown, and white put the office on the right track before the Holiday.

All of this, because nothing says “ready for Easter” like a strategic mix of pastel vibes and sugar boosts.
