Тhe real MVP today wasn't a server uptime record - it was the ice cream cart.

Yes, we admit it. Somewhere between deployments, pen testing, client calls, and "just one more ticket," our team took a well-deserved break to cool off with some ice cream. No fancy agenda, no KPIs to hit - just good people, good flavors, and a few (very serious) debates about whether chocolate beats vanilla. (Spoiler: the jury's still out.)

We're not saying ice cream fixes everything, but it definitely fixes a Monday afternoon. 😄

June was one of those months where AI moved so fast it made even the biggest players look… perishable. Turns out, some cutting-edge models now age faster than yogurt left out in the sun.

If you’re curious what’s been happening behind the headlines, Kaloyan Stoychev has put together a sharp overview.

Anthropic’s Mythos-class Claude Fable 5 went from “digital monster” to government-restricted in just 72 hours after U.S. cybersecurity concerns kicked in. Meanwhile, Elon Musk’s xAI introduced Grok 4.3, boasting a 1M-token context window and tighter Microsoft 365 integration, aiming for fewer hallucinations and more practical workflows powered by real-time data from X.

NVIDIA also stepped in with Neutron 3 Ultra, an open-source model designed for enterprises that want strong performance without sending sensitive data to Big Tech.

At the same time, regulation and workarounds are shaping the field in unexpected ways. The EU is gradually rolling out the AI Act (and banning tools like Nudifier), while some Chinese developers are quietly navigating around U.S. API restrictions through proxies and corporate setups.

Closer to home in Bulgaria, the story is just as interesting. The government launched SIGMA, an open-source AI platform monitoring over 193,000 public procurement contracts worth more than €51 billion, automatically flagging risks like conflicts of interest and inflated pricing. INSAIT also gained major recognition at ICML 2026 and released a new generation of sovereign language models for Ukraine, showing that regional innovation can absolutely compete on the global stage.

All of this points to a bigger shift. AI is no longer just tooling - it is infrastructure, policy, and strategy all at once. The real question is no longer “which model is best,” but how we build responsibly, stay compliant, and still move fast enough to matter.

On 4 July, five brave (and slightly nervous) colleagues swapped their desks for mud, ice and obstacles at Legion Run Bulgaria 2026 – and somehow came back smiling.

It wasn’t the fastest run, or the cleanest, but it was packed with teamwork, jokes and plenty of “who signed us up for this?” moments, plus a lot of helping hands whenever someone got stuck.

They slipped, laughed, cheered each other on and proved you don’t need to be a pro athlete to step out of your comfort zone – just a good team, enthusiasm and a bit of stubbornness.

Huge shout-out to our mini-legion for surviving, thriving and making us only slightly worried about what challenge they’ll sign up for next.

25 years is a long time to be doing anything. Long enough to have seen entire technology cycles come and go, to have outgrown offices, job titles, and a few haircuts.

We marked the occasion last week with the people who made it happen - and honestly, the party felt exactly like the company: a little loud, genuinely warm, and better than expected.

Thank you to everyone who has been part of this - clients, partners, colleagues old and new. You don't build 25 years alone.

Here's to what's next.

11/06/2026

If one tech week already feels like three human years, you’re in good company - our AI Newz podcast is right there with you.

In the May episode of our monthly AI recap, our colleague Kaloyan Stoychev tries to tame the firehose of updates into something you can actually watch over a coffee (without needing a second degree in machine learning).

This month he talks about:

✅ Google I/O 2026 and the new wave of agentic AI, including Gemini 3.5 Flash - the “sprinter” model with cat‑like reflexes for complex tasks.

✅ Gemini Omni and what it means when a single model can handle text, audio, video and code in one place - yes, including those inevitable talking‑cat videos.

✅ Nvidia’s ambition to put mini supercomputers practically next to our tomato beds.

✅ Virtual AI societies that go completely off the rails and end up committing digital arson.

✅ A historic achievement for Bulgarian science that leaves several global universities behind.

We also touch on AI security, legal and labor‑market twists, and why your next “premium but still folksy” logo revision may soon be negotiated directly with Adobe’s Firefly Assistant instead of your favourite designer.

We definitely don’t have all the answers - but we are very curious, mildly caffeinated, and committed to translating the fast‑moving AI world into practical insights for businesses and teams.

👇 Tell us in the comments: which AI story from May surprised you the most?

You'd expect an AI researcher to say Tesla is wrong about cameras-only self-driving.

You'd be half right.

This 30-second clip from AI Talks Episode 2: Neural Vision and World Models is one of our favourite moments - because the answer genuinely surprised us.

We thought we knew what computer vision was. Turns out we knew roughly as much as a Tesla that mistakes a truck for a cloud.

Episode 2 of AI Talks is live!

Kaloyan Stoychev sat down with Georgi Tinchev - PhD in AI from Oxford, Applied Scientist at Amazon - for 45 minutes that went from self-driving Teslas all the way to robots that learn physics on their own.

"It's not AI replacing people. It's people who use AI replacing people who don't."

Still processing. Hopefully you will too.

30 years of NDB. And apparently, we made the list of people they actually like.

Last week we took part in the NDB Business Partner Forum 2026 - two days packed with conversations around data, AI, automation, virtualization, backup and security. Exactly the topics keeping everyone busy right now.

But alongside the content, there was a nice surprise - NDB marked their 30th anniversary and handed us an award for long-term partnership. We'll be honest, we didn't expect to come back with a plaque

Thank you to the entire NDB team for the recognition and for the years of working together. When a partnership is the real deal, you don't need to explain it - it just works.

On to the next projects!

10 cycles down. We honestly didn't know if we'd make it past 3.

But here we are - and last night we celebrated exactly that. The graduates who trusted us, the mentors who gave their time (and sanity), the partners who believed in this from the start, and the team that somehow pulls it all together, cycle after cycle.

We didn't build TBS Academy. The people in it did. We just provided the coffee and the deadlines.

10 rounds of talent. 10 rounds of growth. And honestly? We're just getting warmed up.

Thank you to everyone who has been part of this ride. Feeling incredibly grateful - and slightly overwhelmed in the best possible way.

🎂 T.each.one turns one - and what a year it has been.🎊

We marked the anniversary with drones from КиберЗНАМ, arcade and logic games with DevHubOne and ALOS, and our colleagues' kids coding and creating right alongside them. Watching children tackle the difficult and unfamiliar with confidence and curiosity - that's the t'each'one magic.

And in just 12 months, that magic added up to something remarkable:

✨ 40+ STEAM workshops delivered in their signature hands-on format
✨ 1,100+ students engaged in experiential, real-world learning
✨ 500+ teachers reached with practical, applicable methods
✨ valuable partnerships with organizations and professionals who share the vision of modern education

This is exactly what t'each'one was built for - and the direction we're proud to keep moving in together.
