The first Bulgarian Urban Data space is now a fact!

Following GATE’s initiative, the first Bulgarian Urban Data space is officially launched! Among the first members are the National Statistical Institute, Sofia Development Association and Sofiaplan, business representatives such as Оvergas, CNSys, Kontrax, Rila Solutions, Telelink Business Services and Senstate, and the non-governmental organizations For the Earth, One Tree, AirBG.info and Data for Good Bulgaria.
All this happened at the Data Spaces Discovery Day on 9 November 2022, in Sofia. The event was organised by GATE and the International Data Spaces Association.

▶ Rila Solutions​ is looking to employ:

⏩ A very motivated and experienced PL/SQL Developer.
The requirements for the position are:

▪ Strong experience with PL/SQL, Oracle Suite 11 to 12.
▪ Experience with XML, WSDL, SOAP, REST, Oracle DB 10g/11g, SQL, Linux, BPEL, OSB.
▪ Develop, execute, and manage Oracle PL/SQL as well as T-SQL stored program units such as a procedures, functions, packages and database triggers.
▪ Performance tuning.
▪ Understanding of Data Modeling techniques and best practices.
▪ Oracle 10g/11g experience is required.
▪ Must have hands-on experience in gathering reporting and analysis requirements, documenting the report specifications, implementing the metadata layers including physical, semantic, and presentation layers and generating reports and dashboards.
▪ Experience with modeling data optimized for reporting and aggregate analysis.
▪ Understand and interpret customer requirements and develop solutions to meet said requirements.
▪ Develop and maintain system documentation, including technical specifications, data mapping, program logic and flowcharts.
▪ Good communication skills.
▪ Self-starter who can independently complete assigned tasks without the need for follow-ups.
▪ Have fluency in English.
▪ Must be willing to travel as needed for business.
▪ Hold a Bachelor Degree or equivalent from an accredited university.
▪ Active Secret Clearance will be a plus.

⏩ A motivated and experienced JAVA DEVELOPER who is not afraid of new technologies.
The requirements for the position are:

▪ Minimum 3 years of experience in developing and deploying Java-based software systems. Experience with both front-end and back-end frameworks is an advantage.
▪ Willingness to master a wide range of technologies, including through further training.
▪ Good understanding of the life cycle of a software system. Experience with a CI/CD infrastructure is a plus.
▪ Develop and maintain system documentation, including technical specifications, data mapping, program logic and flowcharts.
▪ Self-starter who can independently complete assigned tasks and is able to interpret direct customer requirements.
▪ Good communication skills and willingness to share knowledge.
▪ Have fluency in English.
▪ Must be willing to travel as needed for business.
▪ Hold a Bachelor Degree or equivalent from an accredited university.
